The long-nose spindle reduces interference when machining box-type workpieces. With large-capacity bearings and a high-torque spindle motor, it delivers up to 84 Nm of torque, rapid traverse speeds of 60 m/min, and acceleration up to 1.2G.
The system detects incorrect tool positioning or incomplete clamping and immediately alerts the operator, helping prevent tool damage and maintain safe, reliable machining.
